Well, in reading this post, I realize that much time has gone by and many projects have been accomplished since this! Sorry to be so behind! I'll try to catch you up on our most recent projects when I have time (probably not until after our fall season now)!

We continue to work on the stone building that we started a few years ago. It is just about done. We just need to finish setting up the apple butter cooker.

This has been another project of Joe's - a 1940 Ford truck. We hope to use it at the orchard in the future, but we still have some work to do. Thanks to Sherman's Auto for their work on this!
